Gift Vouchers & E-Gift Cards
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, activation, and use of gift vouchers and E-gift cards issued for The Old Yard Tapas Bar. The vouchers are operated by Lion Head Properties Limited and provisioned via our third-party gift voucher provider, Toggle Software Services UK Ltd. By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, you agree to comply in full with these conditions.
1. Activation Rule
Gift voucher codes are strictly valid and redeemable only when they have been fully activated at the point of purchase. Unactivated codes or vouchers subject to incomplete payment processing will not be recognised or accepted at our venue.
2. Expiry Date & Non-Refundability
All gift vouchers must be redeemed in full up to and including the specific expiry date printed on the voucher or stated in the E-gift card delivery email. Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-extendable past that date. Any remaining balance after the expiry date passes is automatically forfeited and cannot be recovered, reissued, or exchanged for cash.
3. Redemption & Usage
- Vouchers can be used for the payment of food, drinks, and services at The Old Yard Tapas Bar.
- The unique voucher code must be presented to our staff at the time of transaction.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash currency or used to buy further gift cards.
- Change will not be given for transactions beneath the total voucher value, but any remaining activated credit may be saved for future visits prior to the original expiry deadline.
4. Loss and Liability
Neither Lion Head Properties Limited nor Toggle Software Services UK Ltd accepts liability for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorised use of gift voucher codes. Treat your voucher codes with strict confidentiality, as replacements cannot be issued.
